LAC Flying School Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Trial Lesson Vouchers<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0Vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, after which it will become void. Ensure you take the flight BEFORE the voucher expiry date.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0<\/strong>Trial lesson vouchers are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>All flights are dependent on the weather and cancellations\/rescheduling is highly likely. Please allow plenty of time in advance of the voucher expiry date as the voucher is no longer valid after the expiry date and an extension fee of \u00a345 will be applicable to extend the voucher for a further 2 months.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>The voucher can be extended for a period not exceeding two months from the expiry date at a cost of \u00a345.00,\u00a0provided the flying school staff are notified before the original expiry date.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0If the flight is cancelled due to\u00a0technical issues you may still be liable to pay the extension fee should the voucher expire.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/strong>The voucher can be upgraded, provided advance notice is given to the school staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/strong>\u00a0On the day of the flight a valid voucher must be presented to the school staff, if it isn\u2019t we can\u2019t guarantee you will be able to take the flight.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/strong>\u00a0If a voucher is lost or stolen the staff must be notified in advance, it is at LAC Flying Schools discretion whether or not the flight is allowed to go ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.<\/strong>\u00a0If the voucher is booked in a four seat aircraft we may be\u00a0able to take one observer only in the back seat subject to height, weight restrictions and weather conditions on the day. An observer\u00a0is not guaranteed and this is not negotiable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

10<\/b>. Height and weight restrictions apply\u00a0for the two seat aircraft these are 6ft 1in and 13\u00a0stone. Please ensure you consider these before booking the flight.<\/span><\/p>\n

11<\/strong>. If on the day it is found that the recipient exceeds these restrictions you will be asked to pay to upgrade to a larger aircraft or have the voucher refused. If you are refused you may also be liable to cancellation charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

12<\/strong>. Regarding height and weight restrictions for the four seat aircraft please contact the school staff directly.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0All prices stated are subject to change and chargeable at the current rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation of a booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will<\/span><\/p>\n

be liable to pay a \u00a345.00 cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0If you book a slot and don\u2019t turn up the voucher will become void.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/strong>\u00a0No shows for current members of the school are charged at \u00a345.00 per slot.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0LAC Flying School reserves the right to cancel any flight due to weather or technical issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Miscellaneous Charges<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0<\/strong>Deposits: For any non-member wishing to reserve a slot a deposit of \u00a345.00 will be required in advance. This is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0Extension fee: Trial lesson vouchers can be extended for a period not exceeding 2 months at a cost of \u00a345.00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0<\/strong>We operate a strict no refund policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Privacy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0LAC Flying School take data protection very seriously and do not pass on personal details to any 3rd party, other than law enforcement agencies.
